COMING SOON: Automatic Help Center Access (Single Sign-On)

To make it faster and easier to reach the Help Center, we are planning to add a single sign-on (SSO) feature.
When SSO is enabled, you won’t need a separate logon at support.doubleknot.com. When you’re logged on in Doubleknot, you’ll be able to click Support (at the top left of every page) and seamlessly be recognized by the Help Center.

Custom Notifications for Automatic Membership Renewal
|
|
|
|
If your organization offers automatic renewal to your members, you can now schedule custom notification messages before the renewal date. Potential benefits of this feature include:
|
- Reducing disputes and chargebacks. When members know in advance that their payment method will be charged, they won’t be surprised or alarmed to see
- Updated payment methods. Even though our credit card updater services will automatically update expiration dates and even card numbers, some members may want to change to a different payment method.
- Upsell opportunities! You can use the notification to promote a higher membership tier, offer early access to upcoming events and programs and even offer special discount codes.

To enable reminders for automatically renewing memberships, follow these steps. If automatic renewal is enabled for the membership, the Automatic Renewal Notification Settings panel will be displayed.
