Jump into this exciting virtual program with BringtheHoopla! We will get every participant to get into the spin of their (hula) hoop. 

Get ready for a full hour of hooping! Class is $10 per girl. 

We will teach on and off-body hoop tricks and techniques to get your body moving. We bring the FUN back into fitness and can't wait to connect with all of you!

• Space
• Hula Hoop (recommended, but not required to participate)
• Water
